Answers to your most frequently asked questions. If you don’t see your answer here, feel free to get in touch!
1. What services do you offer?
2. How much does a project cost?
Most projects are flat-quoted and require a 50% deposit to begin. Typical pricing includes:
- Websites: $1,500 to $2,500
- Logos: $250 to $400
- Brochures and other design work: around $300
- 30-second commercials (filming and editing): about $1,000
Some work is billed hourly at $80 per hour. Estimates and consultations are always free.
3. What is your typical project timeline?
Most projects are completed within about two weeks from the time the deposit is received. Timelines can vary depending on the project scope and how quickly clients respond during the process.
4. What is the process and how do you collaborate with clients?
It starts with a discovery meeting: phone, video, or in-person. You’ll share your goals, assets, preferences, and anything else that helps shape the project. Communication is flexible. Text, email, phone, and meetings are all welcome. Revisions are unlimited, but the upfront process ensures the first draft is already close to the mark.
5. Do clients own the rights to the work you create?
Yes. You own all rights to the final work: logos, websites, videos, graphics, everything. If you want to move your website elsewhere, it’s yours to take. The intellectual property belongs entirely to you.
6. Do you work with any subcontractors or is all work handled in-house?
All creative and technical work is handled personally. The only exception is printing, which is outsourced to a trusted vendor.
7. How do you measure success for a project?
Success is based on a combination of client satisfaction, public feedback, and measurable engagement like views, clicks, or conversions on delivered media.
8. Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance after a project is complete?
Yes. For websites hosted by Anvil Media Foundry, uptime is actively monitored, and quick updates under 10 minutes are typically done free of charge. Larger updates are quoted. For websites hosted elsewhere, all updates are quoted regardless of size.
9. Who do you typically work with?
Clients range from small businesses and trades to nonprofits and corporate brands. While the studio is equipped to handle a wide variety of needs, it is not designed to support large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
10. What is your pricing model?
All work is quoted on a per-project basis with a 50% deposit due up front. The remaining balance is due immediately upon delivery of completed files, website launch, or final handoff.
